Air Charter Access’ approved vendor program allows our clients to gain access to our network of aircraft owners and operators that are regularly assessed to ensure their compliance with our aircraft, insurance and flight crew requirements. We will only work with aircraft and operators that are in total compliance with FAA regulation known as FAR Part 135.
We are also one of the only jet charter companies that require an additional, third-party safety audit for each flight we arrange for clients. We use one of the two leading, independent auditors in the jet charter industry, Wyvern and Aviation Research Group (ARG/US). They specialize in conducting on-site inspections, and ensuring operators compliance with maintenance and crew experience requirements.
